I just wanted to give a little recommendation on what I believe to be some very good tools to use in your SEO efforts. This is a list that you should keep and reference from time to time for when you need it. So it would be a good idea to bookmark it with Delicious. I have heard this question a number of times and it always makes me think about it for a second. It seems like it is a very important factor and everyone wants to be at the top of Google or Yahoo, ok and Bing. But for what and why? That is the problem when setting up a marketing plan. A lot of times the best thing to do is to start with some search engine marketing. This way your company can find the best converting keywords out there and then use these as the tools and keywords that need to be optimized for in the natural search. (more…)

If you have started an online marketing campaign you have probably started with the one that is most well known – Google Adwords. Most people tend to focus on doing the search network first and leave it at that. But just leaving it at that is only going to reach a small fragment of the actual Internet. Search is just a drop in the bucket when it comes to the places that most people visit.

Well unless you have been living under a rock you have heard all the hoopla about all the search engines rustling the nest of the web world. With Yahoo and Bing doing their thing. Which will probably still have one of their names attached to it. Don’t expect a Bahoo or Ying or Bada Yabing or Bingaling…. alright I am digressing.

Quality score, everyone knows what it is but not a lot of people know what it takes to get a really good score. There are many factors that go into it and believe me that Google is not going to tell you what they are. The only bit of advice you will get from them is to go through their terms of service. They don’t really care if you have a bad quality score and will not help you because basically they would rather do business with the people that know how to run good campaigns.
