Max Fromberg President

In just 2 years, Max Fromberg has created a successful website design, development & online marketing agency with an ever-growing roster of clients. His new professional path started while he was running his own successful small business, a concept development company catering to the themed amusement industry.

With a constant need for website maintenance and Internet marketing he often found it difficult to convey his message to people and an industry he didn’t understand. He knew his business needed to have an effective website to optimize his online sales but found it hard to understand the often confusing conversations he was in. HTML, Flash, CMS, CPC, CPM, above the fold…how did these apply to day-to-day business people like him and how do you manage it once it goes live?

I’m the head creative guy here at Two Think and making sure your project is planned, designed and programmed the way you like it, is my mission. I oversee the code monkeys and the starving artists that build your idea. Your vision is my vision; and I will work with you to develop and manage your digital “strategery.”

I live to continually strive to improve myself. Which is why I stayed in college even after I had graduated. I loved what I was studying so much that I decided to get my Masters in Digital Multimedia and officially become an uber nerd. I’ve won worldwide competitions in game design, been pulverized by an 800-pound iron gate, designed websites for multi-million dollar companies and lost miserably at a game of checkers to a four-year old. All are among experiences that I take with me and use throughout life so that I can learn even more.

I love music and I spend my time trying to play guitar and trombone. I have an outstanding dog (love you Murphy) and him and I are obsessed with being in the great outdoors. I hang out with wonderful friends that don’t mind that I am borderline OCD. I’m usually spotted at IKEA due to my unexpected affinity with decorating and cleaning my house…a plus for you ladies out there.

Brett Burky Internet Marketing Director

I have been in the internet marketing field since it was cool to "keyword stuff". In this time I have seen an evolving web that has moved farther and farther away from traditional marketing tactics and into its own realm of internet marketing. Over this time I have learned all the important aspects that bring websites their proverbial "rainbow" a.k.a. - targeted traffic. In my time as an internet marketer, I have tried every single tactic that marketers have developed to bring in visitors. From this, I have developed my own proprietary formulas that have proven time and time again to bring in traffic. But although you need visits to your website, there is the issue of what to do with them once they get to your website. I have tested many different on-page optimization strategies that will turn your traffic into sales or leads. If you are interested in natural search optimization, my skills will help your website rise from the Google sandbox to be in the prized top 10 spots for your desired keywords.

In terms of paid advertising, I have dealt with many clients with budgets as low as $100/month up to clients with $200,000/month. Each case had different goals and expectations in mind, but in each case those goals and expectations were exceeded. In a nutshell, I have a good grasp on what I am doing.

On the personal side of who I am when I am not head deep in search engine marketing, I am a musician at heart. Grew up playing guitar and singing in the choir at church to having it take me across the world to play for Disney professionally and Sony as an opening act for bigger performances. I am a proud UF Alumni that got a double major in Business Administration/Advertising with a minor in Economics. Granted I don't remember much from class, but I could tell you on each night of the week where the best happy hour was. I am happily married to a Russian acrobat and we just recently had our first child - Jessica Bella Burky. Besides that, I am an avid reader and love following futurists online. I am always available on twitter and facebook and would love to talk to you if you have the time.

Kyle Hyams Graphic Designer

I work in the graphic design department with Mark. My previous gig was with an apparel company so the majority of my experience was in the form of print work, promotional items, and product design. I was in charge of everything from magazine ads, web banners, postcards, trading cards, html blasts, and footwear design. Before that, I was working on my bachelor’s degree in Digital Media at the University of Central Florida in sunny Orlando. I enjoy working with an open mind and a constant interest to learn something new.

Landing a job with Two Think was one of those “right place at the right time” scenarios. I was sitting in the Dallas-Ft. Worth airport, checking the local job listings on my phone while waiting for my flight home to board. I came across an ad looking for a graphic designer, shot an email over inquiring about it, and the rest is history.

There are a number of things I enjoy doing when I’m not working. The most important one is spending time with my fiancée, Melissa, and our dogs, Juno and Jaxon. I get to brush up on my Spanish frequently because she is Argentinean. We live on a chain of lakes and I wakeskate every chance I get. On the weekends I compete against people that do it for a living. I also pretend that I’m a gearhead because I like tinkering on cars.
